We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (me my wife and my 7 year old child) We booked a deluxe room as a little treat on the understanding that we would get a deluxe room. The room was said to come with air conditioning which it didn't, the beds were uncomfortable and the view rubbish. When I couldn't sleep because there was no air conditioning I contacted reception to be told that air conditioning doesn't turn on unless outside temperature reaches 23 degrees centigrade, so if you want a cool room avoid this hotel! To try and lower the temperature I kept the window open and my wife has been bitten dozens of times by mosquitoes. The cost of the room was 500 euros for 2 nights!!

Excellent hotel 25 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are spotless, daily cleaning is first class, everything works, and you are not pestered by staff to buy more than you want. Supermarket 50 yards away for snacks and drinks, beautiful bakery two streets away for coffee and cakes. Spent 4 nights here sightseeing in Paris and only positive things to say. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed but otherwise do not interfere. Would definitely return.

I think this is the last time visiting your hotel. Because when you spend money for the 4 star hotel but. You get nothing. It is realy important to renew your receptionists and amenities and facilities in the rooms.

I arrived on Christmas eve( sunday). The re was no hit water to shower. When I phoned the reception they told me the water will be fixed on Tuesday, the guests were not notified. I asked for a bucket, I boiled water a d used the bucket to bath in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is good, but it is a basis of first come first served as the food finishes, it will not be replaced. Beds are comfortable. The shower is nice if you can get hot water. My bedsheets had stains of blood, even the bathroom floor had blood stains. Housekeeping could be improved.

Excellent stay in this stylish and comfortable hotel. Rooms are well decorated, elegant, spacious and cozy. I appreciated particularly the many lighting options in the room. One can light the room according to its preference. Nice bathroom and good shower. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The area is quiet. There are some restaurants around. 5 minutes walking distance to the Maison de la Radio, 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. I keep this address as a hotel to return to when staying in Paris.
